Brownies & Blondies

Our brownies are made from a blend of butter, dark and milk chocolate, granulated and light brown sugar, salt, eggs, vanilla extract and espresso powder, combined with plain flour and cocoa powder. Each batch of brownies are made fresh to order and baked to perfection before being chilled overnight in the fridge to ensure they are crumbly on top and fudgy and chewy in the centre.

Storage/Shelf Life: Our brownies come boxed (unless requested otherwise for an event), presented on a protective layer of shredded paper. Once received we recommend storing your brownies in an airtight container either at room temperature or in the fridge. While they taste best if eaten as soon as possible, your brownies will stay fresh for up to three days at room temperature or five days in the fridge.
